Terms of Service

By completing checkout you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

An account is created as part of checkout. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We do not offer trials, demo accounts or free tiers.

All services are priced in credits. One credit costs 0.10 EUR. The smallest purchase and the smallest quotable amount anywhere on the site is 50 credits, and orders increase in steps of 50 credits.

Prices in US dollars, pounds sterling and Polish zloty are converted from the euro price at the exchange rate applied at the moment of ordering; the euro amount is the reference amount. Credits do not expire, carry no interest and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. After you place an order we send the full bank details and your order reference by email. Your order stays in the "awaiting payment" state and the service functionality remains locked until the transfer is received and matched, which normally takes one to three business days. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and cannot be selected yet.

A promotional code reduces the total of a single order by the stated percentage. The welcome code is valid on a first registration only, cannot be combined with other codes, cannot be applied retroactively and has no cash value. We may withdraw a code at any time for future orders.

Credits are debited when you order a service. Outputs are delivered to your account and by email. Turnaround times shown on the pricing page are targets, not guarantees. Design outputs are proposals: they are not architectural, structural, electrical or building-regulation advice, and measurements should always be verified on site before you buy materials or commission work.

You keep ownership of every photograph and description you upload and you confirm that you have the right to upload it. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to produce the outputs you ordered and to support your account.

The site, its design system, texts, sample imagery and software remain our property. Once the related order is paid, you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the outputs generated for you for personal and commercial purposes connected with the property in question. Reselling our outputs as a standalone design product is not permitted.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any statutory consumer rights you have.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time; unused credits are then handled under the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by Polish law and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact us at [email protected].
